Replacement, cancellation and refund guidelines
Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Products that are installed, used, damaged by misuse or missing accessories may not be eligible.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos and order details. We will arrange replacement or repair as per manufacturer policy and stock availability.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped or installed, cancellation follows the return rules above. Advance paid for site surveys may be non-refundable if the survey has already been completed.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
