By accessing www content on AG GREEN SHAKTI websites or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
An order is confirmed only after we accept it and payment or advance terms (as agreed) are fulfilled. We may cancel or revise orders due to stock, technical or pricing errors and will notify you promptly.
Warranty for Moseta and other branded products follows the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Installation workmanship warranty, if offered, will be stated in your service agreement.
Customers must provide safe site access, adequate electrical infrastructure and required permissions. Delays caused by site unreadiness are not AG GREEN SHAKTI’s responsibility.
To the extent permitted by law, AG GREEN SHAKTI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use, delayed delivery or website downtime.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, unless otherwise required by law.
