1. Delivery Coverage

AG GREEN SHAKTI ships products across India. Delivery timelines depend on product type, destination pin code and stock availability. Remote or restricted areas may need additional transit time.

2. Order Processing

• Standard catalogue items are usually processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
• Orders requiring custom configuration, bulk campus supply or site survey are confirmed with a written timeline before dispatch.
• You will receive order confirmation and dispatch updates by phone or email.

3. Installation Products

Air conditioners, solar inverters, street lights and smart campus systems may need installation. For these:

• A site survey or requirement checklist may be scheduled before delivery.
• Installation is booked after product arrival, subject to technician availability in your area.
• Any civil, electrical or structural work at the site remains the customer’s responsibility unless included in the quotation.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are confirmed at the time of order based on weight, volume and location. Free or subsidised shipping offers, when available, will be stated clearly on the quotation.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect packages on delivery. Report damage, shortage or wrong items within 48 hours of receipt with photos to aggreenshakti@gmail.com or call +91 62921 97757.

6. Track Your Order

For shipment status, contact our team with your order reference. We will share courier details and expected delivery window.
